CARE (Cancer Awareness Research Exchange)
is a local, non-profit support and information organization formed to help people
make intelligent decisions about their treatment, to facilitate awareness of
the latest progress in all fields, and share experiences and concerns with
those in similar circumstances. CARE meetings are open to all who have an
interest in alternative health care: medical professionals, patients,
students, care-givers, and to those who wish to increase their knowledge in
order to help others. The CARE group meets the second Thursday of every
month at the Ridgewood United Methodist Church on Dayton Avenue, Ridgewood,
NJ. The church is located in the center of town, opposite the park. Meetings
are held in the East End Conference Room, next to the church parking lot.
CARE is totally run by volunteers and they will value your help. A $5
donation at the welcoming table helps to cover basic expenses. For further
information, email harveykunzNOSPAM@hotmail.com
